Global Careers Month 2025

From 5 to 26 November 2025, the Inter-Agency Working Group on Career Guidance (IAG WGCG) - bringing together the European Commission, Cedefop, the European Training Foundation (ETF), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), UNESCO and the World Bank - will run the second Global Careers Month, highlighting the importance of access to career guidance throughout life.

Career guidance supports people of all ages to navigate learning and employment transitions, make informed choices, and adapt to changing skills needs linked to the digital and green transitions. Strengthening access to quality guidance contributes to fairer, more inclusive and more resilient labour markets - a shared priority across Europe.

Throughout the month, international, national and local partners will showcase initiatives, tools and policy developments advancing guidance systems and lifelong learning opportunities.

Stakeholders are encouraged to promote the campaign and share activities through the interactive global map, using:
