2. NO REFUND POLICY
To access paid services such as mentorship, users are required to recharge their wallet through the designated payment gateways. All wallet recharges shall be subject to 18% GST, and amount may be generated accordingly. There is no refund policy for wallet recharges. Users must utilize the wallet balance for services offered on the platform. Wallet amounts are not transferable to a bank account or other users and must be used for the services provided by the platform only. Any unutilized wallet balance will continue to remain in the wallet and can be used later; cash refunds shall not be entertained.

Use of abusive language, harassment, threats, offensive conduct, or any activity deemed inappropriate shall lead to action against the user. In the event that more than three complaints are received against a user for offensive, illegal, or harmful behavior, the Company reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate the user’s account, without the obligation to refund any remaining wallet balance. If the conduct of the User is found to have caused harm to the Company’s reputation, operations, or any legal or otherwise harm to the platform or the brand name, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal action and/or seek compensation from the User, as deemed appropriate.
