Now a days in SSC/Banking exams, Students face a lot of difficulty in the reasoning section. It is highly recommended to solve an ample amount of questions to we are going to provide an SSC practice set of 25 questions so that you can practice accordingly.

Que 1. If it is possible to make a meaningful word with the second, the fifth and the eighth letters of the word 'CARETAKER', how many such words can be formed?

Solution: Option - (c)

Explanation: The second, fifth, and eighth letters of the word CARETAKE R are A, T, and E 
respectively. The words formed are EAT, ATE, and TEA


Que2.  Pointing to a girl in the photograph, Amar said, "Her mother's brother is the only son of my mother's father." How is the girl's mother related to Amar?

(b)Grandmother
(c) Aunt
(d)Mother

Solution: Option - (d)

Explanation: Only son of Amar's mother's father — Amar's maternal uncle. 
So, the girl's maternal uncle is Amar's maternal uncle. Hence, the girl's mother is Amar's mother.
