Recruitment Process:
One97 conducts 5-6 rounds to select freshers as Assistant System Engineers in their organization.
- Online Round 1
- Online Round 2
- Technical Round 1
- Technical Round 2
- Technical Round 3
- HR Round
Academic Criteria:
- 70 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
- No backlogs at the time of the interview
Online Rounds:
There is a varied pattern for the first round that one97 follows. Online rounds could be coding-based round or aptitude-based round which contains general aptitude and technical problems. You should be well-prepared with data structures and algorithms to clear this round. Sometimes, they conduct two online rounds.
Technical Rounds:
The students who clear the written round are called for a Technical Interview. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Networking, and OOP concepts. Students will be expected to write codes in the interview. They also ask questions about resumes. You may be asked puzzles in this round.
HR Round:
Sometimes they only ask HR questions like :

- How do you see yourself after five years from now?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
