- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
- Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
- Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
- Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
- Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Legal Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
Please be aware that if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your post may be damaging to you or others, we reserve the right to delete it.
Users who are found to be violating the community guidelines multiple times despite post takedowns or warnings shall be subject to account termination.
Please be aware that if it is found that any of the contributions made by you on the website & app are infringing anyone’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights, you shall be solely liable for the infringement.
Anonymous Posts:
- We offer you the capability to post content on our website & app without revealing your personal information, including your name, email address, age, and other identifiable details. This means you can share your thoughts and opinions while maintaining your privacy.
- By using our anonymous posting feature, you agree to abide by our content guidelines and not to misuse it in a way that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise obscene. This means you should refrain from posting content that can cause harm, offense, or that is inappropriate according to our content guidelines.
- We reserve the right to moderate the content posted anonymously. If we find any anonymous posts that violate our content guidelines, we may remove or delete those posts. Additionally, if you are found to be in repeated violation of these terms, we may take further action, including the removal of your account.
- While we respect your privacy through anonymous posting, we expect responsible and respectful use of this feature. We aim to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users, and violations of these terms may result in the removal of content or account suspension.
Blocking, Hiding and Reporting Users
1. Reporting:
- Users can report other users and posts if they are violative of our policies or harmful/offensive in any way.
- The "Report User" option will be available within the post menu and on a user's profile in the hamburger menu.
- Users can report other users for the following reasons:
- - Harassment
- - User is Spamming
- - Inappropriate conduct
- - Other reasons not listed above
- Moderators will objectively investigate reported users and take appropriate actions based on the severity of the violation. Response times may vary, but our team typically responds within 48 hours.
- Remember to use the reporting feature responsibly, reporting only content or users that genuinely violate our community guidelines or intellectual property rights. Misuse of the reporting system may lead to warnings or actions against your own account.
2. User Blocking:
- Users have the option to block others to prevent interactions or visibility of their content within the community.
- To block a user, you must access their profile and select the 'Block User' option through the hamburger menu.
- Once blocked, their content shall not be visible to you; including posts, comments, likes, and future messages.
- Direct communication, mentions, notifications, and future messages between the you and blocked users will be disabled.
- Users can access a list of blocked users in their settings or profile section and unblock any user they wish to.
- The blocked user and the user who blocked them will not be able to view each others’ content.
- Users can unhide or make content visible again to hidden user(s) from the settings page by unblocking the blocked user.
