About Company:
Juspay Technologies Pvt Ltd. provides mobile payment solutions. Founded in 2012 by Vimal Kumar and Ramanathan, with a vision to redefine the online payment experience by providing 1-click payments on the web and mobile, Bangalore-based Juspay Technologies has come a step further with their latest offering, Juspay Safe. Juspay Safe is a specially designed browser for online banking and payments applications and Express Checkout – Payment Gateway Booster. Juspay Safe’s focus is on improving security and user experience for banking. Juspay is not a Payment Gateway (like Citrus, CCAvenue, PayU) but it works with any gateway or aggregator with zero interference in the Merchant-PG relations.
JUSPAY processes payments for most TOP merchants like BookMyShow, Amazon, MakeMyTrip, Snapdeal, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Swiggy, Yatra, etc. The company processes more than 4 million transactions per month.
Recruitment Process:
JUSPAY conducts 3-5 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineers in their organization.
- Aptitude Round
- Online Coding Round
- Technical Round 1
- Technical Round 2
- HR Round
Academic Criteria:
- 70 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
- There were no backlogs at the time of the interview
Written Round:
The Aptitude round consists of three major sections namely General Aptitude Test, Verbal Ability Test, and Technical Test. The General Aptitude Test has a mathematical reasoning part and a logical reasoning part.
Online Coding Round:
The students who clear the aptitude round are called for the coding round. To clear this round you should be strong with data structures and algorithms. You should prepare a Stack, queue, Tree, and Graph along with code optimization.
Technical Rounds:
The students who clear the coding round are called for a Technical Interview. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, and OOP concepts. Students will be expected to write codes in the interview. You could be expected to optimize your previous round codes. You can expect questions from the resume. You may be asked puzzles in this round.
HR Round:
Sometimes they only ask HR questions like:
- Tell me about Yourself
- Why JUSPAY?
- How do you see yourself after five years from now ?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses ?
