Recruitment Process:
Brocade conducts 4-5 rounds to select freshers as Assistant System Engineers in their organization.
- Written Round
- Technical Round 1
- Technical Round 2
- HR Round / Manager Round
Academic Criteria:
- 65 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
- No backlogs at the time of the interview.
Written Round:
The Written round consists of two major sections namely General Aptitude Test and Technical Test. The General Aptitude Test has a mathematical reasoning part and a logical reasoning part and the technical test has questions from topics like socket, IPC, database, operating systems, data structures, and algorithms.
Technical Rounds:
The students who clear the written round are called for a Technical Interview. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics of Data structures, Algorithms, DBMS, and Operating Systems. You may also expect questions from your resume. You may be asked puzzles in this round.
HR / Managerial Round:
This round is also sometimes technical. You may expect HR questions like :

- Why Brocade?
- How do you see yourself after five years from now?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
