About Company:
Arista Networks is a computer networking company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA. The company designs and sells multilayer network switches to deliver software-defined networking (SDN) solutions for large data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and high-frequency trading environments.
Arista’s award-winning modular 10G/40G/100Gbit/s switch. Arista’s own Linux-based network operating system, EOS (Extensible Operating System), runs on all Arista products. Arista ranked third on Forbes’ list of 25 Fastest Growing Public Tech Companies of 2017.
Recruitment Process:
Arista Networks conducts 3-4 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineers in their organization.
- Written Round
- Technical Round 1
- Technical Round 2
- HR Round
Academic Criteria:
- 70 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
- No backlogs at the time of the interview
Coding Round:
The coding round generally contains 4-5 coding problems. Sometimes you can expect MCQs and subjective problems.
Technical Rounds:
The students who clear the written round are called for a Technical Interview. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Networking, OOPs concepts, and a programming language of your choice generally they ask questions from C or CPP. Students from branches other than CS should prepare for the other two subjects related to their branch. CS students will be expected to write codes in the interview. They also ask questions about resumes. You may be asked puzzles in this round. To be prepared for puzzles you can practice from our Puzzles section.
Technical Round and HR Round:
Sometimes this is a Technical plus HR Round. You can expect technical problems.
General HR questions like :
