- Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals：安全易用的免付費基本工具套件，有助促進協作、提升效率及管理課堂。可存取 Classroom、Meet、Gmail、Chat、Google 文件和表單等應用程式。
- Google Workspace for Education Standard：除了擁有 Education Fundamentals 的所有功能，這個付費版本還提供進階安全性與分析工具，有助您主動保護教育機構，防範數位威脅。
- Google Workspace for Education Plus：這個付費版本是我們最全面的解決方案，不僅包含 Education Fundamentals 和 Standard 版本的所有功能，還提供進階安全性與洞察資料，以及簡單易用的工具，讓您打造更豐富的個人化學習體驗。
所有符合資格的機構都能免付費使用 Education Fundamentals，Education Standard 和 Education Plus 則屬於付費訂閱項目。
Google Workspace for Education 加購方案

Google Workspace for Education 授權類型
Google Workspace for Education 各版本和加購方案均有相關聯的授權。舉例來說，Education Fundamentals 授權可存取 Education Fundamentals 版本的所有產品和功能。此外，您還可為機構使用者指派兩類授權：
- 僅限 Gmail 使用者：這項授權適合不需要存取 Google Workspace for Education 全部工具的使用者，他們將能繼續使用 Gmail。舉例來說，如果教育機構想為畢業的校友提供 Gmail 存取權，但不希望占用網域儲存空間配額，這項授權便十分實用。
- 封存使用者：這項授權可以妥善保存使用者資料，並提供與 Education Fundamentals 授權相同的安全保障，但使用者無法存取 Google Workspace for Education 服務。如果有使用者離開機構，這項功能就十分實用。管理員只要指派「封存使用者」授權，就能釋出對方的 Education Fundamentals 或「僅限 Gmail 使用者」授權，再指派給網域內其他使用者。
「僅限 Gmail 使用者」和「封存使用者」授權無須付費即可使用。
